ALL YOU NEED MATCHA ACCESSORIES – Ceramic Bowl (Matchawan) 500 ml, Bamboo Whisk, Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku), Ceramic Whisk Holder and Ceremonial grade Matcha powder (30g can).
Mino-yaki style Matchawan bowl from Gifu prefecture, Japan. Irregular shape, red clay bowl with traditional matt Shino-yaki Glaze. The main characteristic of Shino Glaze is a milky white colour, not even texture with visible red pores, as a result of carbon trapping in the long firing process at low temperature. The size of the bowl is perfect for whisking Matcha using the traditional bamboo Chasen.
